Our Client is a leading strategic consultancy and leading enterprise and best practices consulting firm working with global companies.

Requirement:

They are now expanding their European Business Process and Information Technology Outsourcing (BPO/ITO) Practice, which is based in the UK. Working with C-suite executives, functional (e.g., Finance, HR, IT) and Procurement leadership teams, their expert practitioners design and implement outsourcing programmes which enable their clients to access the right partners, solutions, services and commercial models to support their business needs, on the best terms that the contemporary outsourced services marketplace has to offer.

Within their team of seasoned sourcing professionals, you will have the opportunity to work hand in hand with and learn from senior industry-leading sourcing experts and influencers whilst working directly with senior client stakeholders.

Required Experience:

• Demonstrable knowledge of the content of outsourcing contracts, best practices in this area and the process for negotiating a sourcing contract
• Demonstrable knowledge of how IT services sourcing and operating models need to adapt as a result of the impact of recent technology changes such as, but not restricted to, Cloud, DevOps, Agile or Automation
• Demonstrable familiarity with the IT outsourcing supplier landscape.
• Leading market engagement (e.g., RFI / RFP) for IT outsourcing services

Required Skills:

• Ability to think logically, be detail-orientated and apply problem-solving skills
• Ability to confidently interact with senior internal and client stakeholders
• Knowledge of Global Business Services / Outsourcing, Professional Services environment

A combination of remote and on-site working is envisaged. Flexibility to travel to client locations (UK and international) is a must.
