Requirement:
This European practice is well established across Benchmarking, Transformation and Advisory.
They are now strengthening and building their Benchmarking capability in the UK and across Europe. Working with C-suite executives and multiple functions & industries leadership teams, they design and implement benchmarking engagements /system implementations to deliver World-Class Performance.
Essential:
The role involves leading the UK-based benchmark team under the guidance of the EMEA Benchmarking Practice Leader. Working with small, agile project teams, the successful candidate will project director benchmarking engagements with end-to-end accountability for the project, culminating in presenting their analysis and recommendations to C-Level executives
Consulting Experience:
The role also involves managing & mentoring the UK-based Benchmarking team, helping develop and build new IP, working with the sales teams to position and win work, as well as position next-phase engagements through building credibility with client stakeholders based on a thorough understanding of IP and developing meaningful insights for the client.
Capability Experience:
Directing and leading project teams from planning through to execution.
Maintaining and growing client relationships through delivery excellence
Possess strong management and stakeholder management skills
Ability to identify and sell-on opportunities at existing clients and build strong long-lasting relationships
Worked on UK & International clients.
Job Purpose and primary objectives:
Grow and develop the Practice through revenue creation in Benchmarking Engagements and relationship building.
Key responsibilities:

Global Benchmarking Engagements working with clients large scale digital business solutions at C suite level.
Viewed as a subject matter expert in Benchmarking and Advanced analytical skills – a strong eye for detail but able to also see the ‘big picture.
Experience required:
Min. 8 years in major Project management & project leadership including business transformation and programme management lifecycle in a leadership role.
