Requirement:

This European practice is well established across Transformation and Advisory.
They are now strengthening and building their Finance Transformation capability in the UK and across Europe. Working with C-suite executives and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) / retained Finance
leadership teams, they design and implement EPM process transformation/system implementations to deliver
World-Class Performance.

Essential:

The primary offerings of this practice area are EPM Strategy, EPM Transformation and Finance Technology (EPM/BI Information Architecture, Planning and Budgeting Solutions, Consolidation and Reporting Solutions, and Management / other Enterprise-wide Reporting Solutions).

Consulting Experience:

Maintaining and growing client relationships through delivery excellence
EPM vendor networked within Oracle (preferred), SAP and OneStream
Ability to identify and sell on opportunities at existing clients and build strong long-lasting relationships
Directing and Leading consulting project teams from planning through to execution
Strong written proposal development support skills
Change management experience
Recognised deep expert in Consolidation & Close process

Technology Experience:

Oracle (preferred), SAP, OneStream implementation experience is a prerequisite.

Job Purpose and primary objectives:

Grow and develop the Practice through revenue creation in EPM Transformation and relationship building.

Key responsibilities:

1. Help grow and develop the EPM Transformation Practice.
2. Creating a clear EPM vision and a Pragmatic Transformation Strategy.
3. Implementing EPM solutions and EPM Service Delivery Model

Key Skills\Knowledge:

Global Enterprise Performance Management Transformation working with clients large scale digital business solutions at C suite level.

Viewed as a subject matter expert in EPM Transformation and Financial Systems.

Experience required:

Min. 8 years in major EPM Transformation including 10 years in selling and delivery consultancy in a consulting firm or Professional Services organisation in a leadership role.
